The website, hosting, keeping it online and safe, and 30 minutes of changes a month. One fee instead of paying a designer, a developer and a hosting company separately.
It's fair both ways. You get the site with nothing upfront, and the term means I can build it properly instead of cutting corners.
You get the site with $0 upfront and it stays online while you subscribe. After 12 months you can keep the plan or pay a fee to take the site with you.
Extra pages, copywriting, online booking and more can be added, priced separately. Big custom builds or full online stores aren't a fit. I'll tell you on the call.
